How do add-ons work?

Basically, you make a pledge and then add the price of the add-ons manually. Yup, it's primitive, but that’s how it works. You can also go back and add or remove anything later on. Shipping is already included in all the prices.

After the end of the Kickstarter campaign you will receive a survey that will ask you questions so that you can explain how you would like the add-on money assigned (the size/color of t-shirts or which print you want or whatever).

If you haven’t pledged yet

1a. Make a note of the prices of the extra items you want to add on (like on a piece of paper).

1b. Then click on a Pledge level (one of the boxes in the right-hand column). The Pledge amount box appears.

Now go to step 2 (below).

If you already pledged and
want to add or change something

1a. Go to the Renaissance Playing Card page. Make a note of the prices of the extra items you want to add on (like on a piece of paper).

1b. Click on the “Manage Your Pledge” button. If you see a green “Back This Project” button, you may need to log into your Kickstarter account first.

The Pledge amount box appears.

Now go to step 2 (below).

2. Increase your pledge in the Pledge Amount Box by the total of the add-ons you want to add.

Example: if you had the $10 pledge level and want to add a $10 t-shirt, change $10.00 to $20.00. Leave the $10 level selected below.

3. Important: do not change the reward level you originally made, unless you want to choose a different level. You just leave the original level selected and add the total of your add-on money to the original amount.

4. Click on the Continue button.

 

5. Double-check the amounts and click on the "Confirm" button.

6. Click on the "Continue to Amazon" button.

7. Log into your Amazon account.

8. Click on the Amazon "Confirm" button.

9. That's it! You did it!

After the end of the Kickstarter campaign you will receive a survey where you get to tell me what you wanted.

By the way, you can go back to add, subtract, change pledge level, or cancel anytime up until the end of the Kickstarter campaign.
